Out of curiosity, which professional( psychologist, psychiatrist, neurologist, etc.) do you think is best equipped to diagnose and/or treat learning disorders and ADD?

A neuropsychologist is the best trained to diagnose it hands down. If your physician is good, he/she will send you to one before attaching the diagnosis to you. As for prescribing the medicines, I think that both psychiatrists and neurologists work with those disorders. Anyone who specializes in those disorders, of course, would be best suited for managing you medically.
