It has been a long time since we've had a suggested list of books on the forum. I read a review today of a book that might be of interest to folks looking to go into surgery, emergency medicine and/or military medicine:
Good Medicine, Hard Times by Edward P. Horvath.
I'm currently reading The Emergency A Year of Health and Heartbreak in a Chicago ER by Thomas Fisher.
Both authors are MDs.
What have you read lately that was inspirational and/or informative.
