Dont know if anyone would know the answer to this, but its worth a try:
I uploaded 3 LORs to a bunch of programs on the 15th, and just got a 4th letter today. When I assign that letter to programs, will it be added to my file automatically even if they already downloaded it? Or do I need to call/email to inform them?
Its a really strong letter from someone that knows me well, so I want to make sure its not ignored.
I got an email from a program stating that they downloaded my application and will review it next week, I added the letter after this email, so should I call them? or will it appear automatically?
