A dumb question, but do I need to recertify my AMCAS application when adding another school? Just don't want to screw something up with an unnecessary resubmit. Figure someone here's done this be4 so.... Thanks.

Yes, you need to re-certify, but it won't mess you up in any way and won't slow down the process if you haven't been processed yet.

thanks - I'll resub, but my app has been processed

Yep. I did it and it doesn't mess up anything with the places you've already applied to. You don't need to be reprocessed or anything. Your AMCAS is immediately sent to the new schools you're adding and they receive it within a few days.

Isn't it too late to be adding schools to AMCAS?

Nope, you can add schools until their deadline, I believe. You'd have to pay the fee and recertify your application, of course.
