adding letter of evaluation after submitting?

The answer given in the FAQs of the AACOMAS is very vague so I wanted to check here. I am completely done with my application except my letter of evaluation from a DO. The DO that agreed to write my letter says he prefers to mail things rather than submit online, but I am still talking with him to try to just submit online since many schools do not accept hard copies anymore. Can I go ahead and submit my application? I will need to add his letter if he does agree to submit it through the portal, is that possible to do once the application is submitted?

You do not have to submit first

Yes you can add evaluations after you submit I had to do the same thing.

I'm having another issue. Were you able to have letter writers send the letter to your AACOMAS application before you submitted? Or do you have to submit first for them to get the letter request?
