All other important things (why this school, why you, heathcare issue) have been addressed elsewhere on the secondary. For the "additional info", is it okay to explain extenuating circumstance? I touched on it very briefly (one sentence) on the primary personal statement. Is it unwise to bring a negative aspect up again?
Or should I use this space to update new activities?

I was wondering the same thing, basically what is the function of the "Additional info" prompt. I feel bad leaving it blank, but I also don't want to write something that isn't what they're looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

I've left it blank on all my secondaries. If you've got a real extenuating circumstance (a lot of people who think they have one don't) that hasn't already been addressed in your PS or other secondary questions, then this is the place for it. But don't just fill space with empty words. You'll just annoy the people who have to read your app.
