Additional LORs needed before processing/interview?

I submitted my secondaries with the right amount of letters, but I told AMCAS that one more letter should be shipped to all my schools (its not in yet). Will a school review my secondary before that additional letter is in?

Even if it says my secondary is complete (there is a green checkmark next to the LOR section)?

Do you think it would be better to take that letter off of my AMCAS in order for faster processing?
