Where you do your post-bacc isn't that important, as long as it's not a low-end community college. I recommend completing a post-bacc at your current school and finishing up your research fellowship as well.

Thanks for your response! The problem is the research program is an *undergraduate* program, the second I graduate, I will no longer be eligible to continue the fellowship program. Do you still believe I should do the post-bacc at my school?

Yes. A boost in GPA would be much better perceived than research experience by adcoms.
