Address to Send Thank You Notes?

I'm going to an interview tomorrow when I am there- how do I obtain the information needed to send the thank you note to? Does the interviewer hand out something, or is it appropriate to ask for their contact information?

During an interview, I always provide my email address for any follow up questions. If you want to send a thank you card, address it to the school attention to the faculty member. Good luck on your interview!
