Just out of curiosity, how would you address a Nurse Practioner? We address M.Ds and D.Os as "Dr. Bla bla bla", but is there a similar nomenclature for nurses or do we just refer to them as "Mr." or "Mrs."?

I've never heard anything but first names in the office. I would use Mr. or Mrs. to address them if you don't know them. That is what they are.

In person, I always just called the CRNP I saw often at my job by her first name.

When I switched jobs in the hospital to an actual office setting, I often had to send letters to the CRNPs and CRNAs we had on staff in addition to the doctors. I'm pretty sure they were all addressed as either "John Doe, CRNP" or "Mr. John Doe, CRNP".

Thanks guys for your help. I was writing a thank you note to a CNP for letting me shadow her and didn't now how exactly to address her.
