I think you have great variety. Will you be getting a LOR from a DO?

That will be helpful. I think you should be okay in term of "hours". But just make sure you were able to learn something from each experience because after a while, hospital volunteering is not that unique anymore....( folding sheets, stocking cabinets, get patients water...etc, those aren't the thing you should be talking with med schools). Talk about things of certain volunteering experience that was really important to you. If you aren't able to come up with something, then you might want to look into other other forms of EC such as free clinic or tutoring experiences.

I really like your school club involvement though, I wish I was more active in that way!

This is the formula I lived by while applying to DO schools:

0.15(EC's) + 0.85(Academic Potential) = Acceptance Probability; caveat: EC's cannot equal zero.

Of course EC's and Academic Potential are up for interpretation and arbitrary values (all real numbers <1) applied by adcoms.

If you are a stellar student, you only need the obligatory shadowing for that DO LOR as well as the obligatory pretend like you cared about whatever occasional weekend volunteer activity of your choosing

If you're a luke-warm student, the more ECs the merrier.
