As we are in the midst of yet another surge in COVID cases, I am trying to compile changes/adjustments programs have made or are making.
As residents, we don't often know what goes on in other residencies and I think that hinders our own advocacy so I'm hoping by keeping this as a reference residents are better able to advocate for changes to their programs.
