Shirt + tie. Most hospitals for example typically show their faculty wearing shirt and tie, but usually not with suits.

Blazer and and plain tee in mine. Figured it suited the purpose without being COMPLETELY suit-and-tie overkill.

Was also wearing PJ pants or something, iirc... but that didn't make it into the picture.

what about for women? Is a nice shirt alright?

how did u guys pose for your pic? i just took mine and i smiled, but my parents don't seem to like it.. does it make it look unprofessional? thanks.

you don't want to smile so hard that it looks like someone is tickling you but would you want someone's first impression of you to be frowning or looking grim?

btw, the schools I got interviews to were the ones I was most casual/relaxed/smiling in. I wasn't wearing anything fancy and just looked normal.

The only suit I have found so far that I like at all has a cap sleeve jacket. Is that ok Also any suggestions for shoes & wear peep-toe pumps
Suit: A two piece matched suit is always the best and safest choice.Conservative colors / fabric: Navy, dark gray Everything should be clean and well pressed Tie styles come and go. Select good quality silk ties. Avoid fashion because it's not look professionnel.
