Just to add to what others have said, no, it's not too late to apply, but your choices might be limited. I know that at AZPod, we are either totally full or within 2-3 spots of being completely full. So if you are willing to look at different schools, I would say that you should apply.

Apply to all the schools you might consider going to. Even if a school is full, there are always people that drop for some reason or something happens. Apply 5 minutes ago. Hurry....go.
