Adobe Application problems

I am trying to fill out some apps using adobe, I am using a full version (version 4.0).

here's the problem, when you type on the line, the line underneath starts to move and moves all the lines past that. How do I get around this????

Also, how do I choose one of the boxes, if I type anything it goes behind the box.
