Hello, struggling with which topic to choose for adversity essay

1. growing up with my parents always fighting (sometimes even to the brink of divorce though they never did) and how I dealt with that and moved forward as a person to be happy on my own

2. bullied both verbally and physically in elementary school and my journey to regaining that feeling of self worth

Need details for both but I am drawn to 2 for the prompt.

I would also go 2 if forced to pick but both are risky topics so make sure to have somebody look it over.
