Looking back on undergrad, there are a number of things that I wish I had done differently. But I didn't have the perspective I do now. Is there anything that you wish you had done, or glad that you did, when you were in med school? Things that people often overlook? It could specific advice or general.

worry more about your usmle score than your grades. in the end the score seems a whole lot more important than the grades you get in the second year.

Make sure you understand the big picture in your classes. Don't get lost in the details, but cram them for the exams. Even if you know the details cold now, you'll forget them well before you finish residency, but understanding how it all fits together will serve you well throughout the rest of your career.
