Advice for a silly third year

Terrible stats for grades, but all around good in terms of extracurricular involvement and clinical evals. Must have peaked in college
First two years: Generally passed with some high passes here and there
Step 1: 188. Also generally had a bad test day
Third year so far: High passed everything

Seriously considering FM in northeast/midatlantic & south, mostly around east coast. Any tips about programs to look into/avoid? Programs that will look beyond grades? How to even begin looking at programs--this is my biggest issue, there are so many I keep getting overwhelmed and giving up! I don't even know how to filter them!

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. :)

I would try looking at the Family Medicine forums for better advice on this topic, unless there are students that went into Family Med and can talk about the positives and negatives of certain programs.
