Just get better grades bro. It is not that hard.
1) study more
2) volunteer at hospitals or in your community
Just because you say you are pre-med does not mean that you will go to medical school.
Everyone and their pet dog is pre-med when they go to college. If you really want to go to medical school then act like you want to and study enough to get the grades you want.
3.45 or whatever will not kill you. I would just say get above a 3.65 and you will have a fighting chance.
... but what do I know, I only have 5 acceptances to medical school
