Advice for managed care position interview?

Hi all, I got an interview for a managed care position and was told to prepare for clinical questions.

I’ve been working retail since graduation so I am definitely at a disadvantage in terms of experience. What are some questions I should be prepared to answer?

In that case, I'd google them and try to find their PA criteria and read through it all and make sure I understand why it makes sense.

If you can't find theirs, google other Medicaid plans criterias.
