Hey everyone. I would really appreciate some advice.
So I'm entering uni as a freshman but I was one of those high schoolers that completed their AA. While I was in HS, I took Orgo 1 and 2 and got Cs in both(Yes, I know). I was wondering what would be the best course of action from here at my new university. Since the university takes all of my credits, I could (1) Continue on my course and take upper-level Chemistry courses (which I believe I can handle). I could also (2) Restart at Gen Chem 1 as a freshman usually would. (That's what my friend who also got a C is doing but that's because Columbia does not accept his credits.) I could also (3) Retake the organic sequence, skipping General 1 and 2 (I got As in these courses). I have a full ride and my school allows retakes. I am also in no rush to complete my bachelors quickly and would prefer taking my time to do things right.
I know it's a bad situation and I will have to report my grades in the future but some advice on what to do would be great. Thank you.
