Just wanted to get some good advice as to what I should work to continue building a strong application. Here are my current activities/stats. Currently have 3 semesters left. (not including this semester)

-cGPA: 3.62 sGPA: 3.38 (Still have to take 4 more BCPM courses)
-No MCAT yet

-Shadowing: 14o hours- 4 Pulmonary physicians, 1 cardiologist, 1 oncologist. Plan to shadow primary care as well as DO soon

-Patient exposure: MA work in a pulmonary critical care practice for 2 summers; Helped start and currently volunteer at free medical clinic in my community (approx. 2 1/2 hours a week 2x a month due to lots of volunteers)

-Volunteer/Community service: Medical missions trip for 2 weeks as Lab tech and scribe for physicians; Serve at my church on Saturdays for 3 hours for approx. 3 years now. Free medical clinic for the past 9 months as MA.

-Leadership: Served as VP and President for club on campus. Also served as outreach coordinator for same club. Also a part of leadership development group with my church.

-Research Experience: Currently log about 5-10 hours a week in DNA nanotech lab doing tissue regeneration research. Will likely continue into summer and following semesters until I graduate.

Appreciate any help!

Your ECs look good! I think the main thing for you is to focus on the upcoming semester and make all A's! That will bring your sGPA up to a bit of a more competitive level. Also, crush the MCAT and I think if you continue on with your already solid ECs that your app will look pretty good! 👍

Without an MCAT all we can say is ok gpa, weak Sgpa.
The medical missions are neutral at best as an EC, but the clinic work is excellent.
The research will be helpful if you can describe the hypothesis and how your work is contributing toward supporting or refuting it.

Yeah GPA is top of the priority list for sure. I have 3 semesters left with 4 BCPM courses so all As would mean 3.72 cGPA and 3.5 sGPA. Just curious, why is the medical missions trip a neutral EC at best? @gyngyn

These missions are generally viewed as unhelpful to the development of an ongoing health system.
Active participation in health care delivery by under-trained applicants is also viewed negatively.

Understandable. I will have reference letters from my supervisors on the missions trip to verify what I actually did for credibility.
