Just looking for any tips and advice how to succeed during my intern year. I am doing a internal medicine transitional year.

"Internal medicine transitional year".....those are two different types of internships, but in reality the advice is the same:

Do the easy things well: show up on time, be courteous, be dressed appropriately, act professionally.

Read about the conditions your patients have. The information will stick better if you have an example to pin it to.

Be a team player

Take time for your own hobbies and well being. Be involved in something other than medicine: exercise, arts, music, computers, whatever.
