Hi all,

I could use a bit of advice. I am currently severely struggling in the first semester of a DE program that LECOM offers and do not feel that I will continue on with the program. I have not been able to contact the professors for designated office hours, receive tutoring after contacting all of the tutors on the provided list and cannot seem to do well on the exams regardless of how much time I am investing studying. As a result, I am failing most courses. While I was a primarily A student at my undergrad university, I do not think that this program offers the necessary help in order for me to be successful.

So my question is whether I should complete the finals (a week and a half left) or go ahead and withdraw now? Will they impact me equally in the future if I wish to apply to a different future profession for graduate school? I would still love to work in the medical field. This is a hard enough decision but I would like to protect my interests for my future education if possible.

If there is a health issue that prevented you from staying on track and are able to provide documentation for it, they’ll give you the W.
