Advice needed for 4th year away rotation sites

Good afternoon,
I am a 3rd year DO student looking to do 3 away rotations. I have searched the forum pretty heavy but was hoping to grab some opinions on whether I should a rotation at these sites (Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Palmetto, ECU, Wake, UNC, Medical College of Georgia, Carilion Clinic)? I am looking to get a SLOE at each but not trying to get blindsided by a poor SLOE. I thank you kindly for any advice you may have.

I know of people who have rotated at all of those programs this past year. All should be pretty attainable (maybe not UNC) for an average applicant. Have you applied yet? If so, I'd recommend sending an e-mail of interest to the coordinator to express your interest. I was given the advice to -not- do this and did not year back from any programs. After sending an e-mail I instantly was offered an away rotation through VSAS.

There sure is, which I searched. I was trying to get more opinions since there are only a few reviews for the sites listed, especially grand strand.
