has done Step 1 with a score of 220 and passed CS. Trying to do Step 2CK by Sept 5th. I did NBME 2,3 and failed. I read intensely and did NBME 4 followed by USMLE world self assessment and scored 217 in NBME 4 while USMLE world self assessment yesterday was 234. I did free online 150 question and scored 80% two days ago. I am not sure if I should reschedule or just go ahead and do it.Can any kind soul who has done usmleworld assesment advice if the score of 234 is okay to go for the exam

From what I've read, NBME 2 and 3 are not good predictors. I've heard that #3 seriously under-predicts your score. NBME 4 under-predicted for me by more than 20 points, though I took it with 4 weeks to go. UWSA was just about spot-on for me with two weeks to go.

You have now scored at least 10 points above the passing score on two self-assessments. I would recommend that if you are satisfied with 217-234 as your Step 2 score, you should go ahead and take the exam as scheduled. The evidence strongly suggests that you are in a position to pass CK, though of course there are no guarantees.
