so i'm thinking i'll have to apply next year (for a 3rd time) because I just got rejected from the only school that has offered me an interview so far. here are my stats:
DAT: 16 (PAT)/ 24 (TS)/ 23 (AA)
3.14 cgpa, 2.89 sgpa

I have over 100 hours of shadowing, I work as a research assistant and clinical coordinator in an orofacial pain clinic, a lot of volunteering experience, etc. I was really hoping that my DAT scores would compensate for my low gpa but I'm thinking i'll have to raise the gpa. What do you guys think I should do? Do a post-bacc program, get a master's degree?

Look into a one year masters program, BU has one

yeah i would agree you need to get that GPA up ... with your DAT you should be able to crush some serious books but based on your GPA no one would ever know it.

you're right. do you have any good 1-year masters program to recommend? i've called schools that have rejected me and many are telling me to do a 1-year masters. now i need to figure out which programs to apply for!
