Advice needed

I wanted to mail out my official transcript to pharmcas ASAP. I already esubmitted and my references have been email to pharmcas....My dilema is that my GPA isnt the greatest, and I just completed a summer class and recieved an A+....Its was general bio course...I called the school I go to, and they said that they wont be updated on the official transcripts till about august 18th. Should I wait to submit my transcript, so I can have the most updated grades for pharmcas to see, or should I submit my transcript and change the course on pharmcas as "course pending"(as per the advice of pharmcas themselves, and they said to update it when the academic update box becomes available in december) I wanted to submit the best possible grades, but does this hurt my chances at Fall 2011 matriculation for pharmacy if I wait another 2 weeks or so??

I would wait the 2 weeks. Submitting in August is still pretty good for most schools depending on if they are using a tier system. The A in Bio should help to increase your GPA so definitely worth the wait, although I am not sure how high it will increase it.


PS. Why does it take so long for your school to input a grade?😕

I agree with Delano on this...2 weeks for an A is worth the wait. Don't rip your hair out with nervousness in the meantime, though 😉 Work on your supplementals (if they are available). Don't worry- 2 weeks will go by fast.

Yeaaa, i was thinking about definetely waiting....and delano, idk why they take forever!! ughh
