What do you guys think about my teeth/smile in general? Are they really bad?

What would be the cheapest option to try and improve them? I'm mostly concerned about the protruding tooth in the top right of the pictures.

I'm 19 atm, is that too late for braces? Would extracting that protruding teeth help?

Thanks in advance for any help 🙂

Your cheapest option is braces for both upper and lower (plus teeth whitening). Check out the local dental school. The price is usually 50% cheaper than private practice's.

Extracting the protruding teeth won't help. Never too late for braces, not even Tom Cruise!

Your smile is bad only if it bothers you & the way you feel about your appearance & smile. Crooked teeth never killed anyone.

There is only one solid answer if you want to do anything about the teeth that are out of alignment - braces. Age 19 is fine for braces. Adults get braces more often these days for lots of reasons, one of them being their families couldn't afford braces for them when they were younger and now as adults they can pay for orthodontics. The protruding tooth in the upper right is a canine, that is a bad tooth to extract. If the orthdontist does feel that it is necessary to extract any teeth during your course of treatment, it would be the ones behind the canine (we can't see them in the pictures you posted bc they are further inside your mouth), the premolars. They will also close the gaps from the extractions with the braces and not just leave big spaces in your mouth.

But you may not need any extractions, just braces. The only way to know is to go get an orthodontic consult.
