I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to gracefully quit my job as a Kaplan Instructor.

You can disclose as little or as much as you want. You can say it's a family matter and leave it be, don't let them pry.

Give two weeks notice respectfully. Shouldn't be different than quitting most jobs.
