Advice on lectures

I struggle with my lectures and way they are communicated. I'm often confused and dont get too much out of them.

I used to find watching BnB or a similar overview of lecture extremely helpful. Does anyone have recommendations for posterior and anterior glide (talus) and somatic dysfunction of lower limb? We are in lower limb and been unable to find videos to correspond to our lectures. Thanks!
