I wanted some advice regarding W's on the transcript. I currently have one W in Physics I, but I am planning to retake that class and complete it at a University where I live. Currently I am in Orgo 2, and am not doing so well. Most likely my grade will be a C or below. I was wondering should I take the lower grade or should I withdraw and retake Organic 2.

I will definitely be taking post bacc classes.

In general, you'd be expected to have prerequisite grades no lower than a C at most med schools. Some expect no lower than a B.

If you withdraw and drop below full time student status, that could have repercussions with health insurance coverage and scholarship or grant money for some.
