Advice Please!!

Hey everyone, I'm new to this but decided to post anyway. My BPCM GPA is somewhere around 3.1 and my overall is around 3.3. I took the MCAT and received a 27 (10V, 10BS,7PS) 🙁. I just wanted to know how you guys think it looks.
I have a definite upward trend as I did badly freshamn year (Engineering major) but have done very well every since. I also have good ECs and currently work as a Research Assistant at Mount Sinai. I also think my personal statement was pretty good. NY resident.
Any advice would be great.

You'd probably be competitive at DO schools, but MD is likely not a viable option.

I heard some med schools are lenient with engineer major's GPA's, so you might not be in as bad of a situation as you think you are, bad though non the less. As for your Mcats, they are too low, I would consider retaking. If you got your Mcat score up and your EC's are excellent, you'll have somewhat of a chance of getting into a US med school.
