hello,

i just had a couple of questions regarding the mcat & applying to carribean schools. i'm currently scheduled to take the mcat september 6th, and definitely feel like i need more time. could i take the mcat in january and still apply for class of 09? how many times can you apply to the "big 4" carribean schools, what are their deadlines, and when do their terms begin? i spent last night searching ross university's website for information, and didn't find anything that could answer my questions. any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I only know that many of these schools admit people multiple times throughout the year (like each semester or on a trimester system). If you want to know specific deadlines I would contact the school(s) directly.

Have you tried to get in to med school in the US, assuming you are a US resident? It will be harder to get in to residency coming from one of those schools vs. a school in the US, and there are several new US medical schools forming, plus some are expanding their classes.
