I have my completed Basic Science courses and after completing 5th sem, I decided to go for step1. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I was not able to appear for step1 exam on time and it’s been about 30 months since I have completed my 5th sem. I am thinking of taking step1 in next 6 months or so depending on the situation. In this case, what are my chances to get re-admitted back into the school without repeating any semester/subject or going through any extra credit classes? Does anyone have had similar experience? Please share your experience here.

Thank you!

I think the best thing will be for you to contact your school and ask if they will sponsor you so that you can sit-in for Step1. If they agree to sponsor you then you can take the exam without any repeats 👍
