AECOM interview - lodging question

I'm going to AECOM for my interview next weekend. I'll be in NY a total of two nights - the first night I'm going to stay with a friend who goes to NYU, but the second night I want to stay in a hotel so I can relax and get my stuff together/ready for the interview. I'm thinking about staying at the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel - anybody stayed there before? It's not too far from the school and offers free shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, which is a major plus. I'm mainly worried about getting to the interview because I'm not familiar with the area. Another Q: If I stayed in Manhattan, is it extremely hard to get to the Bronx via the Express Bus? I tried to look at directions on the Albert Einstein website, but it seems a little complicated. ANY suggestions/help would be welcomed!
