Hello, i was wondering if it were possible to switch from a military service obligation via HPSP to HHS/IHS after graduation? I think that USU students can do this but am uncertain about HPSP as it's more branch specific. Thanks!

Only if the AF is willing to let you go, and I doubt they are.
