HPSP Preliminary accreditation

Hi Everyone.
I hope you are doing well. I just have one question: I am currently in the process of applying for HPSP, and I am awaiting for a Post-II decision on a new school that hasn't graduated its first class, hence preliminary accredited. Am I still able to attend this school through HPSP? I know the school has to be "fully accredited" ?

Everything I can find (including MANY similar posts here) say that's fine, but your HPSP recruiter would be the one to formally say yes or no to a specific program.
