Hi,
I am going to interview a doctor soon and he wanted to go out to lunch. I was wondering if i should pay for it or let him pay? Should I send him anything after the interview? Like a little gift?

I am not sure because he say, "i will take you out to lunch." I just asked to meet in his office but he called and say that he wants to go to lunch. And yes, i am a pre-med. IF he does pay for lunch, should i sent a little flower or something?

In this case, he is offering to pay for you, not asking for the reverse. And I think a little card may be more appropriate than a flower, unless of course you are interested in a relationship with him.

LOL, thank you. I think I will give him a card.
