As I know, you need to take 1-year internship. Where can you find such internship position? After you finish the internship, will you be able to practice in HK? Where can you find a job? How can you become a specialist?
Tons of questions after exam.

After successfully going through your 1 yr internship, you become a registered doctor in HK who can work as a practitioner. To find a job, you can either work as a GP for private clinics or HMOs, or you can find limited number of Medical Officer positions in the public sector at Hospital Authority where specialists are trained.
