Albert Einstein Interviewees -- How was it and how should I prepare..if at all? thank you for your help. thanks for the insight.

Einstein was actually my toughest so far, the first few minutes were spent with me being interrogated about my feelings about Arnold being the CA governor and other political issues that I knew virtually nothing about.... and health care reform... I feel like a broken record when I talked about health care reform. Then the second half was more relaxed and was just about my personal information and that was easier to handle. However, yeah be prepared to think on your feet more than at most interviews. It was 9:30am and I wasn't even awake yet (after about 3 hours of sleep due to cats in host's place). Have alot of coffee and warm up your brain.

Thanks for the reply

Dr. Kevin probably got a hard interviewer, my interviewer didn't ask me extremely hard questions, but she did make sure that I'm fine with living in the Bronx...she assured me that the area is safe.

Mine was a very nice conversation. We talked about my background, school, medical inclination, travels, etc. I didn't feel stressed at all. I'm from NYC and thus know the area, so didn't get questions like "can you seen yourself living in the Bronx?" Actually the school is a nice area in the Bronx. My day was wonderful. Sit in lectures if you get a chance.

I had Dr. Bruck. He left it entirely open to me... I had to carry the whole conversation. I believe he's looking for people who can really communicate.

awesome feedback..keep it coming. thanks

my interviewer talked for most of my interview. she asked me a few of the standard questions in the beginning and then somehow started talking about the school and kept going for about half an hour. she answered a lot of the questions i would have asked her but looking back i probably should have interrupted her more so she could get more information from me. it was a pretty standard interview overall though, nothing to worry about. she is a trauma pediatrician.

I think i said this another time ... Oh well!

My interview was more of a political discussion than anything else really. It was VERY VERY interesting. Everything started because i said that i had just watched "trembling before G-d". It was 75% politics / social issues / religion and 25% typical interview stuff.

The interviewer was great. Loved it.

how long did it take you guys to hear about interviews after everything was complete? I took Aug MCAT, so I'm still waiting.
Thanks!

Took about a month..maybe a bit less

there were no essays for the Einstein essays...right?
