Yep. Our pedi call is supposed to be 6 am to 6 pm, but usually we get to go home by about 2 if our residents are nice. and no, this is NOT q4 call. We'd kill ourselves. it's more like 1x/week.

OB, its only 6 am to 6 am, but you arent allowed to study OR (get this) SIT DOWN the whole night, even if nothing is going on (and no sleeping either).

Medicine is the only rotation we have that we have call q4 that I know of - but that's 3 months of q4 call unless you get consults for a month (ick).
