All Student Loan: your opinions?

Hi I found all student loans somewhere on this forum before and anyways as all their definitions are confusing me, is it a good deal? Is their 4.55% fixed or variable for sub staff? etc.
If anyone has any opinions or experience with this lender, please let me know!
