I don't think so.... but redheads, or certain populations are more likely to be allergic to things.
environment plays a big role.. they call it the 'danger hypothesis' - those who live in clean environments when they are young are more likely to have more allergies when they mature.
There is some cross-allergenicity to some things.. like if someone is allergic to penicillin, they are more likely to be allergic to cephalosporins as well. I think the same is true for having asthma and aspirin-allergy.
