i've done plenty of steroid (depo/dex) esi, hip etc in my patient with alpha gal, with no issues so far

I had a lady with alpha gal who had a cesi every 4-6 months with depo. No issues. She actually was to the end of the period, like 7 years and started eating meat and doing fine. Then got another tick bite and has it again. Seven more years for herthis article suggests that dexamethasone is safe. so is lidocaine.
