Already earning $15,000 a month; should I still go into residency?

OP, update us on how things are going 2 years from now..

Update: 6 years after OP. 5 businesses now, 3 kids, and about $180,000/per month in gross income. No regrets at all. I have employed managers and transferred most of the responsibilities to them. We are hoping to start diversifying soon and retire at 40.

Great! What are the businesses?

Approximately half of the income goes to the expenses. We work an average of 3-4 hrs/day now and we spend the rest of the day with our kids + family stuff.

Nice to see an OP bump/update. Also curious as to the nature of the business. Congratulations on your success.

Only choose medicine if you can’t live without it. It’s a very poor way of making money.

Senior living facilities. We currently own and operate 4 small facilities with another one opening sometime this year. We have 35 employees currently with us.

That’s great OP. Out of curiosity did your wife get her dental license in the end?
