I'm looking for any advice from others who need to cover the rest of their educational expenses through alternative loans. (For grad program)

I'm only 21 and hold a part-time job that definitely does not provide a stable enough income to apply for a loan in my name (I think). Both of my parents have poor credit history and no reportable income. What are my options?

You need 7 months to boost your credit score.

You need to make sure that you have stable credit history. If you don't than you need to take out some secure or minor loans. Pay them over 7 months and you will have good credit history.

If you have bad credit history than you need to dispute what's bad and get it off.

All of this can be done. I did it.

For medschool, check out Keynote Medachiever. They don't require a credit score. All they require is that you have no to very few negatives on your credit report if you are in medical school.
