Looking for some advice on which of the two to tackle for CARS. Thank you for your assistance.

The only CARS that matters is the AAMC CARS Qpacks. 3rd party does not compare.

Altius cars is trash. I haven’t used NS so I can’t comment. Uworld cars is also good
