So I'm trying to figure out how to cite my publications and I understand from previous threads I searched I should use AMA style. But I'm not the first, last, or second author on one of my pubs. How can I properly cite this such that my name shows up in the citation? Is it important that my name show up in the citation?

Also what should I put for the Organization Name and Experience Name?

Use all of the names of the authors on the publication. As far as the organization, use the name of the university and department.

Just list all the authors. I'm not sure what you're looking at that's telling you it's correct style to not list them; journals all have their quirks but many don't start abbreviating authors in their reference lists until there are 7 or 8+
