The transcript I sent earlier didn't include the 2011 Fall semester grades. Am I allowed to send them an updated transcript, and also...should I? My GPA did get a bit of a boost...

If your GPA stayed the same or went up I would definitely send it to SOPHAS. They will resend updated transcripts to the schools you applied to.

Will sending a 2nd transcript cause problems? Since I'll have to manually change the coursework section, and if my 2nd transcript doesn't arrive on time then it might seem like I entered my coursework wrong or etc.

I applied to MPH programs later than most (in Feb) so I don't know for sure, but there has to be a ton of people who run into the issue of what to do with fall grades when apps are due in Nov/Dec. I know at least for the law school equivalent of SOPHAS, sending an updated transcript was no problem, they just verified the new fall grades.

Did you take any courses in the fall that you think are pertinent to the program you are applying to?

No, none of the classes I took were pertinent. The most significant thing that happened is that my GPA rose by 0.049.

I am about to send out my first application for MPH (I'm a little later than most as well). I completed my undergrad degree last year, but took 2 classes at the local university last semester. I didn't do that great in those classes, so I'm not really eager to have them included in my application. But since I didn't submit my SOPHAS app yet, should I include those grades?
Right now, it says in progress, and that is what is on the transcripts sophas received. I had filled out my information last month, but for personal reasons have not been able to submit until now.
Thoughts??
I don't want to make it to be obvious that I am hiding the grades, but I'm not going to enjoy including them.
